hey guys i got a 95 xlt touring with kimpex plastic skis and just the cheep wear bars but my problem is that it wont steer very well at all it seems like there is no weight on the skis any help would be great guys thanks

I have the same skis on mine (97 XLT lmt sp) with 6" woody 90 degree carbides. New 1" track, no studs, it steers good that way. My limiters are loose, not much preload on the front skid shock and the ski shocks are just tight enough to keep the springs from being loose. I'm 185#
