I'm working on the left side (clutch side) & I have loosened the set screw on the collar next to the outer wheel. There is only one collar and that is on the inside of the outter wheel. I can't move the collar nor the outer wheel.
Any Idea's on how to free it?

Do I need to remove the right side collars also or is there enough room to just do the left side? Like my polaris.

Some bearings have an eccentric locking collar; the collar locks onto the bearing's inner race. You have to loosen the set screws and turn the collar to unlock it. If that is what you have, you will find holes on the outside of the collar, use a punch in the hole at an angle to tap the collar and turn/unlock it.

I have the gear case taken apart & the set screw on the collar left inner side apart. The shaft is in an hexagon shape. There is a small hole beside the set screw. Not sure if the collor will turn. I tried to pry the collar and the wheel apart, want move.
Anyone have any other advise. I'm at a lose. More snow is comming

Thank you for every ones help. It did not have a eccentric lock collar. I borrowed a hydraulic splitter for extra leverage. The collar on the left side was frozen. I put the splitter on the right side of the frame & pried against the wheel on the right side & the collar on the left side potted free. So easy!!!!!!
