Set the belt around the secondary clutch. Grab the secondary clutch outboard sheath. Rotate counterclockwise. This will allow you to open the clutch up and the belt to slide down towards the center. Hold on the the secondary sheath with one hand while you slide the belt over the primary clutch with the other.
awesome, got it on in like 2 min., thanks guys.. Just another random question, my sled doesn't really catch until i'm at like 5,000 rpms, is that normal for a 600 or should it be like 2,000??
