My ext was running fine until i put the risers on. i went over a snowbank and they werent tight enough and they bent back some and since my sled shuts off every 10 feet. Im told its a stator/coil/cdi but i think its gotta be the ignition cause when i play with it, it starts again and runs normal for a bit. Any suggestions?

I highly doubt it is a stator, cdi, coils ect..sounds like when you hit the bump it pulled an eletrical plug apart, maybe disconnected a ground wire..ect...that is what it kind of sounds like to me. Check all connections and wires for fraying/grounding and clean all electrical connections.

Well im sure i just figured out the problem. i figured out that the wires that run down my risers into that cab were too tight which must be pulling other wires out cause when i turn them left it shuts off but when its turned right it runs and moves fine. im gonna tear it apart tonight and fix it. Another question tho, How do i get to the ignition cause i looked behind and the oil is in the way, is there another way i can get to it or do i have to take it out?
