Repair of rusted hulls of Yamaha Enticers

Hey everyone, new to the forum. I have discovered a love of old Enticers, unfortunately the 4 I have could all use some degree of repair to the hulls. Can I patch over the metal hull with aluminum sheeting? I seem to recall a chemical reaction that can occur between metal and aluminum that might compromise this repair. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome!
The biggest problem with the Enticers is that there are no tracks for them anymore.
The reaction between the metals would take awhile. But if you just have a hole try pop riviting even a piece of plastic to the inside?
