I recently experienced a primary clutch blow out that partially destroyed the belly panm and hood. It's a 1996 ZRT 800 Triple. I'm looking for a used hood and belly pan. Does anyone know how difficult it is to replace a beely pal? Do I have to remove the engine, drop case, steering components or any other serious stuff to replace the belly pan or does it just drop out???? Thanks. Ken Testa email: [email protected]

Unfortunately everything has to come out and then drill out all the rivets, quite a PITA,

most times you can find a chassis with the belly pan all in tact for a couple hundred bucks, drop in your engine and track assembly and ski's and ready to go

Belly pan and side pannels just come right off!

I may stand corrected, I thought the 96 zrt was a full belly pan with a skid plate KC?
