So took out my new to my 03 zr 900 and boy does she move...however i really want to do something performance to it, the only thing is i dont really know much about snowmobiles....so could anyone help me with this, thanks

Spun is right how much do you want to spend? The clutch is the first thing I would do. U can pipe it, chip it if it is an efi, also port and polish the head. But the easiest probably is doing a pipe and off of ebay u can get it for around 200 or 300 bucks. But clutching is your most noticable upgrade. Have fun. Gotta love power.

I second doing that!!! that'd be one insane custom sled that would be tough to beat!

Well only the second fastest! I keep getting beat in my class by the same Polaris with NO Heat exchangers or anything! Hardly trailable!

Simon’s CPR clutch kit seems to be the best mod for a 900 and is tunable. If you have a issue with pipes as most states do then check out BMP (Bikeman performance). Pipes, porting, etc.., can be fun but can be a real PITA as well. A well tuned sled stock can be fast and very little hassle.
