Take a thread pitch gage [metric] and i would guess that it isa 10mm by 1.00mm ,the pitch gage will verify the pitch.Usually the stud that is threaded into the cylinder is the same length as what is holding the cylinder on..A
If you can take two nuts and tighten onto the stud and the first nut that you put on the stud take and turn the nut counter clockwise and the stud should come off.When you get the stud take and use some red locktite thread locker on the stud and tighten the stud back down and let sit for a 1/2 hour.Unlock the two nuts that you had jammed onto the stud.By the way when you get the stud out it would be a good idea to chase the threads in the cylinder where that stud goes.
