If you dont run on ice than leave it unstudded. And open lake or iced up trail turns then stud it and run 10 inch carbides on front with 192 picks on the rear. Im runnin 144 now and seem fine but oversteer some turns that are iced over.

why dont you want studs?

If you are going to purchase a new track.. look into the camoplast ice claw-... its pre studded and super lightweight and not that much more then a standard track
