whats wrong with yours now? i may have some parts and pieces if not an entire clutch. the 94 secondary was kinda special to that machine, but i think there were a few other models that would adapt. you can also retrofit a newer style (reverse cam) secondary from from a 95 or 96 only and i do have one of those if your interested. the rev cam style are alot easier to work on and any helix 95 to present will fit.

you will need a bolt(pt#90105-14754-00-00), collar(pt#90387-1405J-00-00) and a washer(pt #90201-141A3-00-00). these will get the clutch bolted to the shaft. you may also need pt #'s 90201-225A4-00-00 and 90201-225F0-00-00, these are shim washers at .5 and 1 mm for the offset and freeplay on the shaft. the oems you have behind the secondary now can be used but additional ones may be needed for the offset. they come in 2mm, 1mm and .5mm thickness. 90201-25526, 25527, 252F1, all with a -00-00 following. look at your clutch now and on the sheaves is a stamped number. let me know what it is. also, where are you located?

i dont want to sound like i am hard selling you something so feel free to talk to your shop about the retro-fit. see if he has a copy of the yamaha technical update bulletin from '95. if not, i can mail you a copy with a stamp and an envelope and an address(private message)you would be looking at $85, to your door, for the clutch with helix and spring, set up for the 1995 equivilent of your sled. 41* helix, green spring set at 3-1(40),but no mounting hardware. (part #'s given earlier)

I am searching these part numbers online and not coming up with anything. Is there a specific site that I can order these from?

these part numbers should come from a 95 since the clutch is a 95 also, correct?
correct. however, there are other models that interchange. take the part #'s i gave you and exclude the last -00. in other words 90105-14175-00, NOT 90105-14175-00-00. this should apply to all the part numbers i gave you. its a yamaha thing, sometimes the extra 00 and sometimes not.
