hay my buddy has a 2003 viper mountain, he's put a set of speed works pipes and a speed works head on when he's on a lake he pulls 9000rpm when he hits some powder his rpm drops to 8500rpm the pipes were suppose to give him 33hp gain so putting less weight in the front clutch than stock application is not right with the hp gain he should have to through more weight right. so why is he loosing rpm when he hit the powder. there is also another thing when he hits a jump and lands his sled bogs and he can only get about 6000rpm and he ends up stuck any suggestions please.

im pretty sure when u put on new pipes you need to do some re-jetting, its a pain, but if you have a shop nearby, get them to set it up for him
