When I turn on my high beams, the light turns off for a quick sec as usual, but it doesn’t seem to look any different from the low beams. The light on the dash comes on but the high beams and low beams look the same

Bulbs in sideways or upside down? Difference between high and low beam is just direction of the reflection.
