I have two 1999 Skidoo Touring E's. I cleaned both carbs in preparation for this season. One idles and runs fine. The other idles for about 20 seconds and then stalls. I can prevent it from stalling by flipping the choke lever briefly. It will run for 20 more seconds and then try to stall.

While warm and running, it stalls if I give it some throttle to try to get it to move.

I use the same jet adjustments that have worked for me for 20 years (1-1/2 turns for the air screw, 2 turns out for the idle screw). I have a jet drill set to clean out the interior needle jet and anything else that was not cleaned by the gallon of cleaning solution.

Anyway, any suggestion on why the sled is behaving as I've described?

Thanks!
