The front hose on my Indy 650 blew tonight. Coolant was spraying everywhere. Is it possible that the system is generating too much pressure somehow? The reason I ask is that it looks like there is coolent coming out of the other hoses - almost like the hose clamps aren't tight enough. It is possible that the coolant just sprayed around the engine compartment enough to get on the other hoses but I thought I would ask the question.

This engine has 2 radiator caps. One is rated at 10 lbs and the other at 18 lbs. Can anyone tell me what it is supposed to have?
