anyone have any tips on puttin the tunnel back on my sled im going to be puttin a new track on soon, I've already got it all out just waiting for the track, my biggest concern is gettin teh drive gears back in. also the sled is a arctic cat zrt

it is easy to get the drivers back in just slide the shaft through the left hole and bring the chain side up and it. dot reattatch the rear springs untill you have all 4 skid bolts on and tight.

In my experience, the higher you can get the back end off the ground, the better! I've done the long track on my Panther twice by myself! Easy as cake, if the rear is up high enough. I just put a piece of ply on the top of my floor jack, and jack it into place. Don't forget to take sesnopro's advice and DO NOT attach the rear springs until all the tunnel bolts are in. Having the back up high enough allows you to swing the springs out of the way too...
