This is kinda hard to explain but, my throttle on my handlebars is loose, like were if i squez it down like a 1/4 inch or maybe a little more and the rpms wont go up at all, is there a way to tighten it up? Please help me!

There is supposed to be some free play there.
It is so that the throttle safety switch can function properly.
If you tighten it up so that there is no slack, you will lose spark.

There sould be around an 1/8" of play. Depending on what sled you have, follow the throtle cable until you find an (inline adjustment). If you don't have on then at the top of your carbs where the throtle cable goes in there is an adjustment there. Now when you adjust it that way you need to make sure you carbs are still in sync.
