Got a 1993 thundercat 900 for some reason the throttle sticks at around 5k when it feels like it I have no clue why or when it dose last time it did it I was just trying to leave the garage and it stuck after i got it warm the carbs have been gone through it had a hole in the air box but I patched it it also doesn’t seem to change if I hit the choke or play with the thumb throttle hard to tell if a slide is sticking being a triple any clues?
is it possible you have a torn carb booth that could let in air.. and just some times be a factor.. like when it just starts ripping??
or frayed throttle cable??
Welcome
This nothing to joke about!
That is a real issue again fix it, replace cable, clean carbs go threw everything
Last thing in the world you want is for 175 hp to up and throw you off and run away!
