I use the search feature a ton, and it works great when i know what im looking for, but somtimes i just cant get results, like now

Alright my cougar 550, the suspention seems fine, but it seems like it hits bottom really soon, basically me sitting on it bottoms it out, but its not actually all the way down, its like its bottoming out 2 inches down, and theres still tons of space it seems like

that is my problem, i messed with SEARCH for a while and couldnt fine anything,

how would i go about finding somthing like that in search? what would i type in?

i was saying

cougar 550 suspention problems

and things along those lines

try "suspension".
but it sounds like you have something binding. check all your grease nipples and be sure they're greased, and do a good visual inspection for binding suspension parts.

I just finished helping a buddy with the same sled and a similar problem.
We discovered that the pivot where the bottom of the rear shock mounts was seized.
The grease nipple had broken off at some point in time and as such it didnt get greased any more.
