it will not be a direct bolt in. some fabrication and some redrilling will be in order.
first off, the 94 tunnel is about an inch wider than the 97 tunnel. this is easily overcome by simply adding spacers between the tunnel and the skid pivot arms.
secondly, the rear mounting point is a different set up and you will have to fabricate different rear mounts.
not trying to discourage, its a great improvement over the 94 skid and i highly recommend the swap. its not that hard to do, just takes a bit to get it in.
