I'm trying to replace the speedometer cable on my 96 indy trail and don't see how to get down to the crank too release the bottom fitting. If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate your feedback.
If i get ya right, one way to get at it is to losen the secondary clutch and slip it out a bit, that whay you can get a wrench or vice grips to where the cable connects to the drive shaft. and you can see what you are doing. I have to do this to my 99 rmk tomorrow so we are in the same boat. Goo dluck, any questions, hit me back
