I have an 83 polaris snowmobile. The spark plug caps are broken. Is there any way for me to replace these. There is a black box on the side (I'm not sure what it is called), were the spark plug wires come out of. The wires have pulled out of the box and so I pushed them back in a scyliconed around it to keep them coming out. Is there a better way to fix this? or should I just buy a new part? How much do they cost? and is there a good online website to order from? no exactly what it is called would be helpful too.

The wires screw into small screws inside the spark plug cap and at the coil. You can buy new caps. NGK makes two kinds; the one-piece ones work better. Before screwing the wires into either end, snip off a bit of the wire to make sure you are getting good contact. You should be able to get them at most automotive parts stores.
