"The President of the Marienville Trail Riders and recent guests of the Forest Lodge in Marienville reported that the snowmobile trails on the Allegheny National Forest are the best they've seen in years. This is due in part to maintenance work on the trail last summer, grooming efforts by the ANF and Forest County Snowmobile Club and recent ideal snow conditions."

We went for a ride around the whole ANF loop Rt 1 yesterday. Total 124 miles. The ride was fun, but I have never seen trails so rough. About 2/3 of the trail was washboard and some parts almost unbearable. We had a great time, but sure are sore today.
