Hello everyone, I am new to snowmobiles and was looking for some opinions on models and types of sleds. I will mostly be using this sled for ice fishing so am looking at fan cooled touring type sleds, but am open to suggestions if you guys think other models/types would serve me better.
Any thoughts on a 2011 polaris 550 iq shift (700 miles and $3700) or a 2013 arctic cat touring T570(4700 miles and $4000)?

What Steve and KC said. You may also want to think about your local support... do you have friends that run one or the other? It's nice to have someone around that has some of the specialized tools that are needed for every brand... and do not discount good dealer support. If you have an awesome dealer that sells one or the other, that may sway your decision.

But condition and past maintenance are the key to both of these.

Good luck on your choice!
