My youngest son just bounced the right ski off a tree, now my left ski points ahead, and my right ski is pointing inwards at a noticable angle. How do you re-adjust the alinement.
PS. I am new to snowmobiles, and have no idear where to start.

What kind of sled is it? Usually you just loosen a bolt on the tie rod of the offending ski and put it where you need to.

Sled is a 99 Yamaha SRX. After looking at it somemore, I think I know what you are talking about. I'll check it out and let you know what I find.

Usually you have the skis, which in your case the good one, aligned with the track, use a straightedge to know from the track to the ski. Once you have that then make the opposing ski equal in distance at the front and back of the ski to track right. Then if the bars are off after you rolled in a straight path you can adjust the steering rod to compensate if it is off that bad. You can toe-in the front of the skis but only a bit, most manufacturers just keep them parrallel.
