is there anything special i have to do or just turn left hard? i dont wana break something if its a different than normal bolt, my teeth are stripped to shit so i gotta replace the gear

bolt is standard metric, nothing special, should have a 14mm head, lefty loosey, righty tighty. loctite should have been used. if someone opted for red vs blue, some heat may need to be applied.
if the gear and chain have enough left on them to keep the track from rotating, set the parking brake or have someone squeeze the lever. loosen both the upper and lower bolts before removing either gears or chain.
