I want to clean my RAVE valves on my 780 Ski Doo. I haven't looked at the best way to remove and clean. Is there any tips or pointers to do this. Thanks

I just use a wire wheel to get all the junk off of them. You might want to go get new gaskets for the rave to cylinder mount, since they almost always rip.

That's what I use too. I've got a 6" bench grinder with a wire wheel attachment. It work great for removing all the Carbon crud. Smallengineguy is right about those gaskets too, buy new ones before you remove the RAVEs. They tear easily...trust me, I know:(

Synthetic oil will keep them a LOT cleaner. I went from every year to every 3 years and they still weren't that bad....
