My sled has a finicky tether cord attachment and my idle goes good at times and crappy at others. My local dealer tells me I have to bring my sled to him and have him "program" a new tether cord. Does that sound right?
I beleive that machine should have what they call a DESS system and my understanding is without the proper tether your machine should run at idle ok but it will not rev up enough to move your sled. I think thats how it works but I not sure on the idle problem
that is correct. the dealer needs ur sled and new teather
to program it to ur sled. if not programmed the sled
will start but not rev up so clutches engage and also beep.
i think that skidoo has the best anti-theft system so far.:cheeky4:
