my ski doo starts up first pull and runs great for the first fifteen minutes. After that it bogs down and i can only go about half speed. It is very frustrating. When i go wide open my sled makes alot of noise but slows way down. The fastest i can go is when i hold the throttle about half ways. Another thing is that the sleds floods alot.

clean and adjust the carbs n check the stator

Check to see if the primer is leaking by and causing it to flood.

I dont think it is your stator because all of your electrical stuff works....i do think that you need to clean your carbs, and i think your primer is fine but i guess it doesnt hurt to check

What do you mean makes alot of noise at w.o.t.? Do you mean that the engine is reving but you are slowing down or do you mean mechanical noise? As far as the flooding you may want to inspect and adjust your chokes, make sure your chokes are not stuck open and maybe check your float level to.
