Welcome
First I would get a second opinion, get another tester and then hold throttle wide open and give it 6-8 good hard pulls!
I don't know off hand for that new what pistons are going to cost
But a pair of pistons and a complete gasket set with seals is guna be $200 to $250

With that many miles on it I would double check like KC said with another tester. If it still comes up that low then I would be rebuilding it before something bad happened. Having to redo those cylinders can be very expensive vs just doing a gasket set, seals, o-rings, piston and rings.
