i feel like if it goes over 133 its way too hot. What do your sleds usual stay at. btw its a 2008 rmk 600 never seen the temp light on just curious thanks.

When my 08 600 gets to 140, I start looking for some cooling snow to ride into. The 08 600 has a really big heat exchanger compared to the engine size, so overheating is seldom an issue. In good snow, mine stays right at 118. True overheating would be way above what I'm comfortable looking at. I would probably stop and let the sled cool if I saw 180 (or stop to look for the reason it's so hot!).

My 700 runs about 20 degrees hotter than the 08 600 in the same snow, it usually has the scratchers down, especially on the trails!
