Rebuilt the motor on my 2004 xcsp 700 over the summer. Got everything back together and I have no spark, the coil tested bad so I replaced it, still no spark, I've tried disconnecting the ignition, still no. The stator is only putting out around 90-110 volts, is that too little? I tested my buddy's xcsp and his stator is putting out around 300 volts. Is my stator bad? I made sure my stator was lined up correctly when installing. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

The stator should be putting out between 15 and 45 VAC. How are you testing?

stator wires
Yellow to brown- 0.15 ohms
green to blk/red- 15 ohms
green to ground- open
green to red- 15 ohms
white to white/red- 185 ohms
brown- ground
