Mine does not interfere with my snow flap. Post a picture of the position especially if you haven't drilled yet. I can't remember how many of the factory holes I was able to use.

I’m at work right now or else I’d post a better angled pic, but this gives somewhat of an idea.

The rear most holes line up, but the middle and front holes don’t appear to be able to go into any pre-existing holes.
