I am working on a 91 SRV, and I have a carb problem. The sled ran fine last year, and it is all stock. This year, I pulled the carb off, cleaned low and high jets, made sure all the passages were clear, and threw it back on. It idles fine, but has a bad flat spot off idle, and it is getting good fuel, and plenty of it. The mixture needle is responsive, but it still has a bad lean spot in there that I cannot get rid of. Once it gets on the main, it flys, it is just getting there that is a problem. Float level is good, and jets are all stock. I am baffled. Seems like the pilot jet is plugged, but it isn't. Any ideas?
