I looked up the MBRP silencers on line and they look like what I want. But I was wondering if any one knows the difference between the race version and the trail version of the silencer. I'm wondering if there is a performance difference or if ones just louder than the other.

I would guess that there is both a noise and performance difference between the two, but I am not sure.

I would think the race version would be a little more free flowing, and as a result of more flow... they are probably louder. I would say that calling up the manufacturers tech office will reveal the difference.

Heh, I feel the same way about us getting some snow here as you do about a silencer. It better hurry up or the season is going to be over before we get any snow.

I hear ya with the snow problem! It's not much better where I'm at ( South East Michigan) I basically have three options for riding. 1. Upper Penninsula 2. Traverse City Area or 3. Lake St.Clair. I've been going to Traverse City alot lately.

does this white knuckle can come ceramic coated? What does sweet sound mean? I assume a little louder than stock, but how much louder. I am looking for a new silencer for my 2002 700cc Edge X, but I don't want something obnoxious.
