This is a warning to other fusion riders...

After 300 total miles on the sled, I noticed that the upper ball joint on the right hand side of BOTH my and my girlfriend's sled was loose. This bolt got loose enough that there is wear visable on the spindle (if that is the right name for sleds.. The part that connects to the ski shoe, and a arms)

I tighted them up, but if they would have came apart at the 60-90MPH we were running that day, I would not be typing this.

The checking of these bolts is scheduled for 500 miles.

The left side was tight, so I think DOO had a problem on the line and let machines out that were not torqued correctly.

Just an FYI.

Any one else with this problem? Should this be a service bulletin, because these sleds were in the shop not 2 weeks before for "recall work" (injector programming)

Stay save and keep the rubber side down.
