Well I'm almost done fixing my sled and all I need is a jug, called mickeys and EMC and they said they have a few jag 440's but not a 91, does anyone know if the jugs are the same for 92,92,94,95,96? My local shop closed so I couldn't find any schematics.

lol I know I know! We took it to Bowmans in Waterford MI and they told us it couldn't be bored because its made of nickle/nicklsi/ or something like that and is too hard to be removed, making US Chrome look pretty tempting right now.

I would never send something that old and common to be replated- I'm pretty sure I have the cylinder you need. That one goes all the way back to the 1980 Trailcat and is on sleds as new as 1996. If I have it it's your's for $75. I have thousands of used parts and am just off I-75 in Clio. Closer to you than Mickey and much cheaper than EMC.

Yep I believe thats the same jug, just curious what year sled was yours out of and how many miles of wear does it have? btw its for a 1991 Jag 440 AFS Special.
