I have a 2002 ZL600 EFI.
The stator has 5 wire connectors on it.
I have two DMM's so I measured all wires with both meters and here are the results.

The engine was warm, not full operating temp, let's say 75-80 degrees.

2 wire connector:
green/white to brown meter A 188 ohms, meter B 186 ohms
2 wire connector:
blue/white to blue/white meter A 19.7 ohms, meter B 20.0 ohms
2 wire connector:
orange to orange meter A 2.3 ohms, meter B 2.6 ohms
3 wire connector:
brown to ground 0 ohms. yellow to yellow 0 to 0.1 ohms both meters.
3 wire connector:
brown/white to green/red meter A 17.3 ohms, meter B 17.7 ohms
green/red to black/red meter A 17.4 ohms, meter B 17.7 ohms
brown/white to black/red meter A 34.3 ohms, meter B 34.6 ohms

Let me know what you think and if something looks wrong, what circuit or function does that connector supply?

Thank you.

Thank you. Yes he did.
I asked this same question in 3 different snowmobile forums hoping to find a quick answer.
I did.
I was hoping this was the reason my APV servo motors are turning backwards. (I have another thread on that).
Since all readings on the stator are in spec, it is looking like my APV issue may be in my ECU :-(

Cheers.
