yes, replace all the fuel lines and probably the pump, make sure it isnt a carb problem, what i do is take the carbs apart completly and soak them in carb cleaner all night long. that cleans em up. Make sure there is spark, i bet there is, but change the plugs anyway. thats what i woudl do
Also, on my Indy Lite there is a valve on the fuel line that is open in the up position, closed in the down, we've had it vibrate closed once or twice in the past. It might be a good idea to chek for this first before you change the lines. It is pretty easily missed.
