I have 3 1989 488 liquid cooled polaris engines and was wondering what they should be getting for compression? The first one I tested got 125psi in both sides. Is that any good? I've heard that anything under 100psi is bad.
Any Info??

Thanks

Anything under 120 is considered "lower" compression, and will cause hard starting, plug fouling, etc. Under 100, there's a problem....

Thanks

I compression tested all three and the best is getting 135psi. The other two are both 125.

Thanks again
