The other 3 bolts are in it's just this front one I'm struggling with. I can't pry on anything and I don't see how a strap would work. Thanks

You can take the tension off of the springs and that should get you enough movement to align the holes to get the bolt started. Or wrap a strap around the cross pieces of the suspension. That will give you the ability to compress the suspension and help align the holes.

I always do the front bolts first, then the rears. That seems to be a bit easier for me...

I just happen to be working on one of my sleds, so went out and put a strap on it to show you how I do it... I just removed this skid and cleaned everything up and installed new hyfax. Get the strap close to tight, then use the ratchet to make the fine tuning adjustments to get that last bolt in.

Take the back ones out.

Put the front ones in first. The rear ones can be lined up by straps and finesse.

Front ones might also get hung up on the re-enforcement plates, so much easier to do them first.
