Can someone give me some input...
I have good spark.
It's getting fuel
And compression is good 120+
But cylinder will not fire
No heat is generated at the exhaust manifold on that one cylinder... I tried switching the plug wires to see if the cylinder that is in question will then get hot.. but that didn't do it.. the othe cylinder was hot as it was before..
Plugs are good
Wires are good
To the best of my knowledge..
What the heck is going on?

Sounds like fuel to me. Put some gas in the cylinders and see if it runs on both for a short time. If so then suspect the carbs.

Did you try switching the carbs? That could rule out fuel as an issue... While the carbs are off, take a look at the piston skirts to see if there's any damage. Pull the exhaust and look at that side, as well. That will rule out mechanical damage to the pistons and perhaps cylinders...
