I measured compression and it was 65 psi in each is that piston rings i have almost 11 on it and have done very minimal maintenance on it other than plugs does piston rings sound like the problem

I think you might need to clarify your question. You have almost 11?

Does the compression tester work correctly?

What's the exact sled?

Is this a new problem after running fine for a while? New issue after a rebuild? What symptoms of issues was the sled having before testing compression? Does it still run at all?

Please retest with throttle held wide open and give it 6-8 good hard pulls!

At 65 psi you would have holes in both pistons, not likely.
