Im having the same problem, and im not much of a mechanic for sleds, dont know what to do.

2003 f7 im 260 pounds, and when i just sit on it, the sled is bottomed out all the way down, the rear suspension doesnt do anything, its on the 3rd setting for stiffness.

when i sit on it, and then get off, i can lift the rear end up 2 more inches by hand.

i dont know if i need to buy something new for my rear suspension, to make it better (currently as i ride, it feels like im going to tip over, on certain turns. while going slow.

is there any more adjustments to make the sled more "jacked up in the rear" and actually work for me while riding.??

Make sure all pivot points are well lubed, get SnoPro springs & get shock rebuilt/revalved.
