Hi,

on my 92 Indy 500 classic, I'd like to have more torque and less top end speed. The sled has a deep snow track with 1.5" paddles on it, and I dont need the top end for my use, I would rather have more low end torque than top end speed, how can this be done? ie: having the driven clutch not open as soon, and/or clutch not close up as soon or as much with higher RPM's.

Thanks!!

would fewer teeth on the top gear and more teeth on the lower gear achieve this? it should. clutch engagement would remain the same with higher rpm at a lower track speed would definitly decrease your top end with more low end torque

ask around but makes sense to me
