I have a 99 600XC. Once the sled warms up the right cylinder will drop out around 6000 RPM. I have good compression in that cylinder and have had both carbs completely rebuilt and re-tuned. I'm thinking it is the CDI module, any other thoughts??
cdi/coil common on the 6and 7 hundreds in 99 the coil gets hot and loses spark eventually it will lose spark all together.bad part is there is no aftermarket because its a coil/cdi in one so dealer only and around 350 bucks.did mine last year.
So I have a 96 xcr with 5000 miles on it. Last season it started to bog down. It runs fine for the first mile or so. Then it looses all power. It wouldn’t go above 25ish mph. It doesn’t seem to want to go over 6000 rpms. If I baby it for about 15 seconds then I can get it to go over 6000 rpms...
I have a 95 Polaris 500 classic and I’m swapping to an xtra 10 skid does anyone know how tall the lugs on the track can be? I know that stock skid is running
121 x15 x 0.725 with 2.52 pitch. Can I go any taller on lugs without any issue cause I gotta buy a new track
