I have a 1996 Arctic Cat Pantera 580 EFI snowmobile, today I decided to do my pre season matinence. I removed the bolt to add chaincase fluid and it took my whole bottle, later on I seen the oil on my trailer. Does the chaincase have an overflow ? or will I need to replace my chain case ?

Let me know what you think !

Thanks,

Jordan

Have you ever changed the chain case oil before?

I just got the sled this year so I am not sure if the previous owner did, I just poured the whole bottle in and lots ended up on my trailer. Im hoping that there is an overflow or something because I do not have a dipstick to check. and yes it does have reverse

There is a drain plug inside the tunnel! Drain it and remove the cover and have a look at the gasket!
