My ‘95 vmax is burning all of my coolant up pretty quickly. Would this be remedied with a new head gasket? What could I do to stop the coolant leak into cylinders

That would be where I would start. When you have the head off, make sure it's flat. A warped head will leak even with a new gasket.

Have you checked for leaks in the system elsewhere?

I checked and found nothing. Hopefully this does the job.

I would get a complete gasket set including the seals and go through the engine.
If you are leaking anti into cyl you can have a bigger issue with it getting to the crank bearings!
