i got an 01 mxz 600............ ran great, put 250 miles on it this weekend, and now all of a suddon is bogging...... it wont go over 7grand at all, and it will occashonaly bog at a lower rpm, iv tryed spark plugs, and changed the gas thinking i could have been water in the gas, it idols fine..... i really dont know waht to do.......... anny suggestions and/or help would be great

yes, the carbs are clean, no rips in trhe boots or anything like that, airbox is good too, and it runs runs fine, it mainly boggs at about 6500-7000 rpm, and occashonly bogs at lower rpm, runs fine as clutch ingadges......

ya dude, cleaned em, my pipes about shot, could it be it dont have enough back pressure?

It may sound alittle crazy, but I'm wondering, if it boggs up around 6/7,000, could it be your secondary clutch needs some cleaning/adjusting, that would be my thought if it runs good at all other RPM's, maybe not, just a thought though, might be worth checking.

the secondary is out of alignment, not bad, but it is, BUT it lines up when you ingade it, so i didint fix it, but okay, that answer connects the problums, so maybe it is..... thanks man!!
