Before replacing my belt i decided to see what kind of condition my existing belt was in. It was garbage so i went and bought a new one. When i went to take the old belt off i used the belt removal tool but when i reached a certain point threading it in all it did was spin. So i believe the secondary hole is stripped. Great!! Is there any way i can put on and remove belts without this tool that isnt damaging to the sled. and on top of that the brand new belt i bought is already showing signs of fraying.

Well what i do is grab the two sides of the secondary and pull the inner plate torwards the back of the sled the just pull the belt out with the other hand. Thats what i tend to do.
