I have a rotax 503 witn one carb and one coil, that fouls the clutch side plug at low speeds and idle. runs good at upper speeds.But when you take plugs out clutch siide will be dirty and oily.this is what i tried ,fuel pump kit ,seals, gaskets,rings , plug caps,and coil. Any help would be great thanks.ps its a 87 skandic

You might have a bad plug wire for that side of the engine. Try replacing that first, and let us know if it works.

I replaced the wires wiyh old coil and the new coil came with new wires ,switch wires from one side to the other and theproblem stayed on the clutch side. thanks

Try these two things next: Do a compression test, should be between 120-140 lbs per side. Next, while it's running, spray carb cleaner or something equivalent on the seal where the crank comes through the block on the clutch side. If the idle changes, the seal is leaking. That would explain why the engine runs good on high end (it builds up enough pressure to run correctly) but not on low end.
